Privacy Request Center
Submit an access, correction, deletion, portability or opt-out request, or a privacy complaint. There is no charge, and you do not need a paid membership.
How a request is handled
- We record your request and confirm receipt.
- We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
- An administrator reviews it and we act, or explain why we cannot.
- You can appeal our decision, and a different administrator reviews the appeal.
We respond within the period required by the law that applies where you live. Statuses you may see: submitted, identity verification needed, under review, approved, partially completed, completed, denied, appealed.
Many things are faster to do yourself: edit or delete a child profile from your Children page, change visibility on Your Privacy Choices, or delete your account from Settings.
