1. What membership includes
A membership gives the adult account holder access to searching, interest requests, matching, parent-to-parent messaging, activities and the family and child profile tools.
2. Price and promotional period
- Founding Member launch price: $4.99 per month
- The launch price applies for your first 36 monthly billing periods
- Regular price after the promotional period: $19.95 per month, unless otherwise stated
We show both the promotional price and the future regular price before you pay. We will not hide the regular price.
3. Recurring billing
Membership is billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your card details are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store your card number.
4. Taxes
Sales tax, GST, HST, QST or provincial tax may be added based on your billing location. Tax treatment differs between the United States and Canada and between provinces and states. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout, and the total you pay may therefore be more than the membership price alone.
5. Currency
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is displayed at checkout.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry it and will email you. While a payment is outstanding, paid features can be paused. Your profiles and child profiles are not deleted because of a failed payment.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your membership page. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for when cancellation takes effect and how refunds are handled.
8. Price changes
If we change the regular price we will notify account holders in advance through the platform or by email, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Privacy rights are free
You never need a paid membership to exercise a privacy right. Access, correction, deletion and complaints are always free.
