Children are never users

• There is no child registration, sign-in, search, match or message anywhere.
• A child exists only as a dependent profile managed by the account-holding parent.
• Only a first name or nickname and an age are shared - never a surname or birth date.

What other families can never see

• Your exact home address or coordinates
• Your child's full legal name, date of birth, or school name
• Your email address or phone number
• Any payment information

Distances are shown in approximate form, such as "2.4 miles away". Your coordinates never leave our secure server-side matching.

Contact happens only with consent

• Nobody can message you until you have both expressed interest.
• Messaging is strictly between parent and guardian accounts.
• You choose whether to share personal contact details, and when.

Tools you always have

• Report User
• Block User
• Remove Match and End Conversation
• Pause a child profile, or delete your account entirely

Neutral review of unusual activity

Our system quietly flags patterns such as repeated reports, repeated unsolicited contact, or attempts to collect personal contact details or move a conversation off the platform. Flagged activity is described neutrally as "Activity requires administrative review." No accusation is made automatically, and staff access to a private conversation is recorded in an audit log.

What we do not claim

FamilyFriendFinder is a platform for parents and legal guardians. We do not independently verify every statement a user makes unless a specific verification program says otherwise, and we do not guarantee safety. Meet in public places, take your time, and trust your judgement.
