Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Open Subscription in your account and choose Cancel Subscription. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. You keep access to your account and can restart membership later.

Refunds

• Monthly membership fees already charged are generally not refunded.
• If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.
• Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law applies and we will honour it.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we notify you and retry through our payment provider. Membership features pause while payment is outstanding, and resume as soon as payment succeeds. Your profiles and matches are not deleted while a payment problem is being resolved.

Launch pricing

Founding Member Launch Pricing is $4.99/month for your first 36 months of continuous membership. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price available at that time applies. The regular membership price is $19.95/month.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels membership and removes your profiles, child profiles and messages. Deletion does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
